About Us

The two antenatal course facilitators Sharon and Lorraine both have a Diploma in Antenatal Education from the University of Bedfordshire and hold a current National Childbirth Trust Licence to Practice. Sharon is also a Childcare Lecturer at Epping Forest College and Lorraine is a Certified Infant Massage Instructor. 

They are experienced in offering a variety of antenatal classes and believe strongly that women and their partners should be given informed choice in order to choose the birth and style of parenting that is right for them. Their teaching style is dynamic and enthusiastic. The teachers welcome questions and discussions throughout the course and are happy to answer individual queries too.

As mothers as well as professional antenatal teachers they aim to provide a safe, friendly environment in which to explore the challenges ahead. Both course facilitators are Members of the Federation of Antenatal Teachers. We recently enjoyed exploring all the new products on offer to prospective parents at the March Baby Show in London.
